Grandview Cemetery is a non-profit and non-sectarian organization which has been serving the community since 1902. Non-profit means that there are no shareholders or owners that must be paid. All money that is brought in is used to pay expenses for use in the upkeep, continuous care and beautification of the cemetery where over 14,000 people are already interred.
The cemetery roads are lined with trees and at the highest point, the view is spectacular – hence the name of Grandview. The public is invited to stroll through the grounds, read the names on the monuments, and gain a sense of history.
